This engine is capable of delivering 260 horsepower and 240 lb-ft. of torque. Since the 2017 Ford F-150 is specifically made to be driven on all types of terrain, the Ford automaker offers both the 2-wheel drive and the all-wheel drive variants. Its fuel consumption has been rated at 26 mpg highway and 20 mpg city while using the front wheel variant, and 25 mpg highway, 19 mpg city while using the all-wheel drive. The model can accelerate from 0-60 mph in around 8 seconds. A hybrid model is also expected to be offered and expectations are that it shall be combined with the 2.5 liters inline four-gasoline engine together with a 15 Kilowatts electric motor. A lithium-ion battery will be installed and it won’t affect the interior space.
