The beginning of the production of the TrailBlazer goes back to 2001, when the first model was launched as 2002 Chevy TrailBlazer. Its production continued to 2009, when the model’s life came to the end. But, the fact is that Chevy ended the production for the North American market, but launched second generation for the South Asia, India, South Africa markets in 2012, and also Australia but as Holden Colorado 7. In 2011, Chevy revealed concept at the Dubai Motor Show, and a year later launched the model. Recently, rumors about a big return of the SUV are getting louder. Seems like American car producer will return the mid-size SUV, for upcoming year, launching it as 2018 Chevy TrailBlazer.

2018 Chevy TrailBlazer exterior should be quite similar to the current version sold in other markets. It will carry on with the same trend as Colorado and Suburban. Its overall look is sporty and designed in order to provide maximum aerodynamics. Front end features dual-port grille with a three-dimensional grille mesh. Projector headlights are placed bellow the power dome, while rear end features LED taillights. Wheels will be 18-inch alloy.
Inside, the 2018 Chevy TrailBlazer comes fully equipped. One of the most luxurious SUVs on the market will have leather seats, and high quality technology. Available in various trims, new TrailBlazer should come with Chevrolet MyLink Multimedia and Infotainment system, available even on the base trim as standard. It will be able to accommodate up to 7 passengers, providing enough room for them all.

Under the hood, 2018 Chevy TrailBlazer comes with 2 engine options. First is a 2.8-liter DURAMAX engine with a high-pressure Common Rail Direct Injection (CRDI) system and a Variable Geometry Turbocharger with intercooler (VGTi).
